Is my child required to wear Steamers Uniforms?

Yes, every player  (with the exception of U4-minikickers) must purchase the Steamers uniform. The uniforms are changed every two years, and Fall 2025 is the first season of the four-season cycle. These uniform designs will be used through Spring 2027. 

How will my child receive the uniform?

Rec Program: Uniform links will be shared with parents after their player registration is completed. Uniform pick-up will take place at Bethesda Park.

Academy/SCCL Program: Uniforms must be ordered online directly through Capelli  AFTER registration is completed. Order information will be shared as soon as available.

When will I receive the uniform?

Rec Program:

Uniform pick-up dates/times will be shared as we get approach season start dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your emails for that information!

Academy/SCCL:

The Capelli order confirmation will provide delivery estimates, but to ensure you receive your uniform in time, please complete your order immediately after completing registration. There will be optional uniform items available to purchase, but you are only required to purchase the MANDATORY package.

How do I know what to order?

The website is set up to order by play type (Academy & Select or Recreational). You will then be able to select the mandatory uniform package; you can add on optional items as well.

What uniform items are included in the mandatory package?

For Recreational: the kit pictured above includes all mandatory items, and is approximately $90.

For Academy/Select: the kit pictured above includes all mandatory items, and is approximately $350.

Can I Request a Specific Number?

Rec Number Assignments: You are not able to request specific numbers, as they are randomly assigned. 

Academy & Select Number Assignments: Your coach will assign you a number for the season. Please be sure to input the correct number during your order.

Will the uniform include names?

No, names may not be added to the backs of jerseys.

I am not confident what size my child wears. Can you help?

We will hold a sizing try-on date a few times each season.

Is the payment due in full at the time of the order?

Yes, the payment is due in full. There is not a payment-plan option for the uniform orders.

Are there options for parents?

Yes! Spirit/Fan Wear will also be available soon!
